We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you during this time of anxiety and uncertainty. We are encouraged by the improvement of the COVID-19 situation here in Utah. Recently the state has moved to orange (moderate risk phase) and we want to continue doing our part to serve and help keep all of us healthy and well. All our actions and procedures are implemented through the filter of safety and health first.
What We’re Doing
We have created a flow chart to help members navigate TransWest access during COVID-19:
We are limiting lobby access to 5 non-employees at a time. If you are arrive without an appointment you will need to wait outside until we have capacity.
We continue to monitor and follow guidelines from local governments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
We have an extensive cleaning procedure in place. After every in person transaction we will be cleaning our teller stations and desks.
Steps You Can Take
To reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community and follow the guidance from Salt Lake County officials and the CDC, we are encouraging members to use our electronic services when possible instead of visiting our branches.
If you do need to visit a branch, make an appointment and follow our instructions. These are designed to keep our staff and members safe, which is our top priority.
- Digital - Our digital banking tools are designed to be easy to use. Whether you’re paying a bill through our TransWest online banking or depositing a check, checking an account balance or transferring money using our mobile app, our goal remains empowering you to conduct your business quickly and easily.
- Cash - If you need to access cash, we have ATMs at each of our branches and free access to another 30,000 ATMs in the CO-OP Network®. You can find your nearest ATM here.
- Questions - If you have questions please call us during our regular business hours.
