How do I sign up for the CardCierge App?

1. Go to your device's app store. Search for and download the CardCierge App.

2. Follow the sign-up process: enter your email address, create a username and password. 

3. Go to your email to get the verification code then return to the CardCierge App to enter the verification code. 

4. Once you are logged in, you can start adding your TransWest cards. 

Is my device compatible? 

Android – 4.0 and above 

Apple – iOS 7.1 and above 

Tablets – The CardCierge app is optimized for smartphones, it will work on a tablet but is best experienced on a mobile phone. 

How do I reset my username or password?  

1. Tap ‘Forgot’ on the Log in Screen 

2. An email with reset instructions will be sent to the primary address used to enroll in the CardCierge app. 

3. Your password reset verification code is only valid for 30 minutes. After that time reset the password again to get a new code.* 

*Password reset requests are limited to four times within a 24-hour period.  

What do I do if I get locked out of my account? 

Your account may be locked after too many failed password attempts. If your account becomes locked, wait 60 minutes and try again or request a password reset. Support CANNOT reset your password during the 60-minute period.
